facilities are up to date with the latest
technology, from computers that utilize CAD / CAM
/ CAE, to two Bystronics 3000-Watt Lasers. These
machines have the capability of very quick
turnaround times with close tolerance parts and
with wide range of materials that can be
processed including Steel up to 3/4",
Stainless up to 1/2", Aluminum up to
.125", Wood up to 3/4", Plastics, and a
wide range of alloys. Dralco also has a new CNC
Trumpf TC200R Hydraulic Punch Press that will
punch up to 1/4" steel...this machine has
auto-indexing for up to 15-tool stations. These machines operate at close tolerances and are very versatile tools that are used in long production runs as well as prototyping new parts. We have capabilities of helping you in Engineering your product using Solid Modeling-PRO/E or Autocad. We have Raster-to-Vector Services in house for you Laser-Art type work and we have a lot of experience in helping you in your design and engineering of your product. We have a qualified engineering dept. ready to make suggestions where we can improve your product and make it as inexpensive as possible for production, which is the name of the game in a competitive market.
